Hi im Bobby im 16 and i have started doing 75 situps / to / 100 sit ups a day i weigh around 11 stones and i dont eat breakfast or lunch i onky have dinner in the evening and drink arounr 1.5L ot water a day am i doing okay what can i improve on? Will the sit ups create a Six pack?

Well for me
1. I wake up at 7:00am and I jog and walk for about 1.5 hours.
2 Then I go to work (11am-5pm)
3. After that I play tennis with my boyfriend for like 40-60 mins.
Then after that I go to the Gym and work out for as long as I could go.
