    What workout machine burns the most calories in 1 hour?

    If you were to be on for one hour, what machine would burn the most? ( eliptical, treadmil,ect) Treadmil wise would be a constant 4.0 So about 3 and a half miles I can't go faster than that. ( I've been really sick, and doing this is more than I should, but I won't let myself do any lower.)
