Can someone recommend a good workout routine to stay skinny?

Okay so I’m 19, 5’4 and weigh 115lbs. I am currently skinny with a flat stomach (probably because of my metabolism). I want to stay skinny and keep my flat stomach. Can anyone recommend a routine to use? Specifically please, I know I need to do cardio, but for how long, how many times a week etc. I prefer to bike ride than walk, and I wouldn’t mind doing crunches. At the moment I don’t exercise at all. Thanks!
