Does everyone get 2 free ps3 games or only people who had an account since april?

I have it since may so will i get them?
It says on playstation europe welcome back programme that you can choose 2 of 5 infamous,little big planet,wipeout HD,ratchet and clank quest for booty!
Well god damn it i have bought it a week ago!!! Sad....
