I recently got a treadmill and the outside of my knee hurts, like a zinging pain. I went on the treadmill an hour each day for five days, and my knee would be somewhat ok while running, but like a minute after I get off the treadmill it is very painful! I hardly could walk one day at school. I took two weeks off and went on it today but I still feel the weakness and something just is not right. What should I do? I need to get in shape and lose 25 pounds soon and build muscle, but my knee is slowing things down. Any suggestions-has this ever happened to you before? My dad told me espan salt, but I don't know how to use that, and I iced it one night. Help!
