...GBA or GBH in Philadelphia? I was involved in a hit and run accident in Philadelphia in February and all I was able to get is a poor quality photo of the license plate showing the first letters... Definitely a G, the second letter is very likely B and the third letter is possibly A (or maybe H or R). The car is a gray/silver Nissan (found broken pieces of the car engraved with Nissan name on them) and it looked like an Altima.
To sum it up: gray/silver Nissan Altima with a license plate starting with GBA or GBH in Philadelphia (around 2400 Passyunk St in Philadelphia).
The police in Philly is not helpful at all. The stated that they will not bother investigating unless there was a sever injury or death as the result of the accident... well physically I am doing ok, but my car is near totaled and not covered by insurance!
How can I find out how many gray/silver Nissan Altimas with a license plate that starts with GBA or GBH are in the Philadelphia area.
I was assuming that if there are only a handful that match this description... than I may find the car that hit us just by looking for the one with a damaged front end (or a recently repaired front end).
