well there are a few good points such as it helps with the imagination of it all and its good for those who hate reading or have a hard time reading. you get to see a great story come to life and maybe even change a few lives if it is a good enough story. but the problem is most of the time hollywood screws it all up like a bunch of retarded monkeys trying to find the cornor in a round house. most of the time they dont get it all right or even half of it right and well they usually miss the best stuff or get it wrong. plus with a movie you cant use your imagination to picture a futureistic world or a middle ages or even a modern day new york. i prefer the books because if i can use my imagination i can go anyware
