How can you loose weight fast without taking pills and being on "diets"?

Diets meaning Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, slim fast, etc....
 
just drink plenty of water.. eat good but DNT eat after 6-7pm.. eat a big break fast to take you through the day a small lunch and an even smaller dinner. it works. and if you add exercise to that you lose it fast
 
ok, run about 3-5 miles per day, 6 days a week and the pounds will fly off.
