how to burn avi files into DVD disc, and i can watch avi on home dvd player?

i free downloaded some avi files from website, and consider to burn avi to dvd disc and watch avi files on home DVD player, but how?

burn AVI videos into DVD disc, maybe DVD Creator will allow you to convert, insert blank DVD disc into computer and import AVI files into iMacsoft DVD Creator software.
