I have tried three different phones and follow the activation process properly but my data profile will not update. Sometimes I get Error Code #5 and Session ID #14. Connection error.
That sounds like your data services are not activated. Check your plan to make sure you have data and that you don't have your data services blocked on your account. You should be able to use casual data services even if your not on a data plan. If your account isn't restricted, you may have to do a handset wipe. Before you call Sprint, back up your LG first and then contact ATS (advanced tech support) at Sprint. They will provide you with a msl lock code that will start the process. Good Luck!!
