I don't want Windows Security when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del?

I want the three-finger salute to bring up the Task Manager, not the Windows Security dialogue thingy. I got XP. What do I do?
Call me old-fashioned but I don't like using the Ctrl+Shift+Esc, I want the old one, the three-finger salute, please help.
