I am doing a pretty strict monday-sunday workout routine and I had to skip a day yesterday. I am wondering if it is better to just do today's exercise and forget about yesterday's routine or should I do yesterday's routine today and move every exercise back one day? Or maybe just try to do both routines today?

you need to take a day of rest.Your muscle`s cant recover if they are constantly under stress.
Your body will give out and you will end up doing more harm than good.

Just skip it, forget about it. Do what you are supposed to do for today. 1 missed day wont hurt.

Don't try to make up a missed session. Continue with your schedule.

Besides, everyone is entitled to a day off so don't beat yourself up about it.

Just make sure you get adequate rest because you don't get stronger when you work out--you get stronger when your body has a chance to replenish and repair. Unless you're doing strictly low intensity workouts it is generally a good idea to take at least 1 day off a week.

if you're missed a day don't worry you're body needs time to recover and have a rest.
So don't worry about it just continue the day after.
Good Luck

Skip it, one day isn't a big deal.
This happens to me occasionally and I haven't noticed any loss of strength/stamina if I miss one day.
