Your answer is "YES! 100% Compatible!"

I rate the PSPgo/MotoRokr pair 9.3 of 10.0

I am actually using mine with my PSPgo as I am typing this. The battery life on the headphones lasts almost 2 times that of the PSPgo's battery life so no worries about them dying in the middle of a song unless you are on your ninth hour of music listening.
All of the media buttons on the right earpiece function with the psp completely.

There is only slight trouble connecting the PSP to the headphones from speaker mode.

Just make sure the PSPgo is on before you turn on your headset. If the headphones connect but you do not hear sound from the psp, Just hold the music note button on the PSP until the bluetooth mode turns off. Then hold it until Bluetooth mode turns back on. Wait a bit, Your sound should be coming through after that.
That is only a bug in the PSPgo's Stereo BlueTooth mode. No problems though.;)

I'd have to say... I totally recommend the MotoRokr S305 with any PSPgo!
These are the best quality earphones I have ever used. Great build quality and even better sound quality. Almost Impossible roaming range too! I can leave the PSP in my room and walk all the way to the adjacent side of the house with almost no distortion.(And I live in a Big house)

P.S
Great music to break in your S305/PSPgo Duo is the album
"Hold Your Colours - By PENDULUM"
Great Bass and tempo to Really show you what these headphones are capable of.:emot1:
