Is this a good trade? Apple iPad 16gb wifi only for Honda XR-80 dirt bike?

I'm getting the dirt bike. The bike is very clean and runs great.

Seems like a no brainer for me to go through with the trade, I only spent for $400 for the iPad, but I want other opinions from knowledgeable people.

I intend to barter or sell the bike.
