Madden 10 - PS3 Franchise Mode. 8 friends all want to pick a team & play a season...

We all want to play at different times of the day not play the games in order.(Of coarse all on the same computer) How can I just pick certain games out a week, them sim the rest, after all my friends have played their games. All other Madden games previous it works fine. Example, Packers Bears played in week one on Sunday night. It is the second to last game on the list game (Monday Night being the last) I have to wait till all the other games are played before playing this. We all have different schedules and need to play at our connivence at different times. PLEASE HELP ME!!
