Should celebrities deserve the same treatment as regular people when...

...violating the law? for example: Speeding, moving violations, or criminal charges? if so why?
I think it's unfair that when we (have nots or normal people) get into trouble we go through more pain than celebrities do and in my opinion celebrities should pay and get the same treatment as we do.

yes. nobody should be exempt from punishment when they break the law. if we are all suppose to be treated equally, then punishment should be equal and fair for everyone too.

Yes, they should. They are people too, they know the laws, so why should they get special treatment just because they sing some song or whatever?
