most bike frames for road bikes are measured in Cm and for your height you probably need a small or about a 50 or 52cm depending on the make of bike, Fuji would be a 50 or 52 , Schwinn would be a small or 48 or 50cm and so on ..... other makes and models are slightly different and of course you have to consider your stem length and seat height. The standover height is only the first step to getting a bike that suits your needs.
