It was from the late 90's i believe. I remember watching the last episode, where a woman was arguing before the supreme court that people should be free once again to develop technology. She won the case, but within a moment a terrorist-like person detonated a bomb in washington, d.c., which destroyed the entire U.S. eastern seaboard. Anybody have a clue?
