whats the difference between Harry Potter Ultimate and regular blueray version?

Ive been searching for Harry Potter Movies in Amazon and found Ultimate Editions. But now Im confused what are the differences between the regular blue-ray and these ultimate editions. All I see are just extra stuffs such as a booklet and some cases, but is there anything added in the movie itself?
 
Well the ultimate editions have extended and deleted scenes, and behind the scenes stuff. They also have auditions and all that.
 
The ultimate editions are incredibly amazing they have like 4 hours of extra features each, they come with the extended versions of the films, all the deleted scenes, amazing interviews, they come with the digital editions, a couple of limited edition card, a book with pictures on it and everything. I have both the regular blu rays and the ultimate editions and I prefer the ultimate editions especially if you Enjoy watching the special feature's
