Check out the Discussion boards on the Mens Health website -- they have diets for bulking, cutting, preparation for running a marathon, you name it and they probably have it.
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package
Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........
I have been using a calorie tracker online that has been really helpful to me. I have lost 4 lbs this month and it has been fairly easy. I use the web sight. http://www.thedailylate.com . It really helps when you hold yourself accountable for what you eat. I have learned about some of the foods that I was eating before and have learned to make healthier choices. It is a free web sight too. The sight can tell you how many calories that you should be eating for your height and your activity level and how much weight you want to lose.
Drink water too. Chew gum when you are hungry. Eat things that are full of flavor so that you don't have to eat so much to feel satisfied. Things like popcorn and pickles have low calories. Find things that you like to eat that are low in calories, and start choosing them more often.
Fruits and veggies keep you full for a long time, have a lot of fiber, and are low in calories. Just start making healthier choices slowly and you will be amazed at what just a month of good choices can do for you.
Set small goals to get started. You can't change your habits overnight. add one new task to your plan once a week and you should be successful.
