Why won't my blue ray player play a disc even after an update?

I ordered the 10th Anniversary version of Fight Club on Blue Ray, put it in the player, a little loading bar appears for approximately One and a half-Two minutes and than a red error message says I require an update to play the disc and tells me to visit the Blue Ray website. Well, an update message appears next time I turn on the player and I download it. Reinsert the disc, same exact problem, I check the updates and it says my firmware is up to date. I have no idea what to do now, my Blue Ray player is a Samsung BDP1600 and the disc is Fight Club 10th Anniversary version. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
Contact Samsung. Tell them the exact symptoms you're experiencing. Tell them the bar code number of the disc. They may have to update their firmware to make the disc play.
