I get chills almost every time I watch it. Mia Michaels is one of the best choreographers, and I'm really glad Kayla and Kupono portrayed the characters so well. Do you think they will get an Emmy for it? They really should.

We often us workouts from the cross fit program. They can be intense and really increase your indurance. We run 4-7 miles Monday, Wednesday, and friday and we do cross fit on Tuesday and Thursday. Sure is tiring but it gets out PFT scores up and helps keep us in great shape.
Monday - Cardio,Chest,Biceps and Abs

Friday - Cardio, Shoulder,Legs and Abs
