I need a proper weekly routine for my work out. I'm going to the gym to gain muscle for football. I played DT on on JV 10th grade and want to make varsity for 11th grade Junior year. Please give me a good routine for:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday...
Aight, heres what I'ma try to do...
-Wake up
-Stretch
-Bench my high
-Then do 2 reps of 100 on 10-20lb dumbbells
-Throw in some crunches and pushups
-Run/Sprint up and down the stairs in my building, (( more focusing on climbing up rather then down)) for around an hour
-Shower
-Then eat some...

any one that can help or refer me to a weekly routine (pics would help), also all i have is a bench (incline/decline) bar and dumbells. No gym. And info on protein if you can. Also i am an athlete just never really worked out seriously, i have an athletic body, and im 6'2 190 lbs
