sanyo tv color changed for cable after getting a blue ray dvd player?

I just bought a blue ray dvd player for my sanyo tv and now regular television shows and commercials are in different colors than normal. Like all the people in shows and commercials are completely blue, stuff that is suppose to be red is blue and many other color changes. But every time i change the video output to play a blue ray dvd the color is fine on the dvd input. How can i get the cable color to go back to normal. Note: i have all ready tried to manually chang the tint and color in my tv settings and it has little to no effect.
 
Check the cables connecting between the TV and the cable box. Make sure they're tightly connected, and if the cable ends are color-coded (red, green, blue), make sure that the colors all match (e.g. make sure the blue connector is connected to the blue plug on the TV and the cable box.
