Which dvd burner program is this? Black background with green icons?

I have a dvd with some avi episodes on it. When I put the dvd in my dvd player, it has a black fading to grey background and when I highlight the icons, i.e. play or episodes - they light up green. Which program is it? I would like to burn some of my own episodes to dvd & would like to try this program. Thanks.
