out.? Let's see I want to lose 5 kilos.
I'm 5,5 and 60kilos/130 pounds. I checked my BMI it reads healthy, however I know by looking at myself in the mirror that I am far from healthy (5 kilos.)
I want to lose 5 kilos. Or rather increase my fitness levels in order to make some sports teams this year as they are crucial to my resume. I have already devised a workout plan. However I need some help with devising a good diet for maximum weight loss and muscle toning. I am not growing finished yet so I can't do weights, so what are somethings I can do to maximize weight loss. I also need some drills I can do to help me prepare myself for soccer tryouts ( I need some Goalie Drills.)
I don't know if I've mentioned this yet I need a good diet and tips on weight loss.

After reading an answer I'm wondering if I should focus on gaining muscle...supposedly gaining muscle burns fat. I know this sounds bare stupid but if I have fat on my body and I turn it into muscle won't I end up with guy muscles? I don't want to be bulky I want to be toned.
